Job Summary: 

Coordinate and ensure the implementation of FP&R and Data Integrity standards based on the responsibilities matrix and working together with the functional areas. Monitoring of Reimagined projects for each category, looking for new implementations to reduce HC and acquire savings.

  • Lead and actively participate in FP&R evaluations
  • Work with the FFs to implement a standardized monitoring system for the plants’ critical metrics (KPIs) and have it communicated. AU, UPDT, PDT, AML
  • Coordinate the follow-up to the closing of the observations in GENSUIT of the local and corporate evaluations.
  • Ensure the review of Data Integrity and ensure that it is reflected in the operation of the plant.
  • Coordinate the development of at least one audit on all FP&R standards per year. Having the results before COS.
  • Support the unification of the company’s main programs (Operational Excellence), to ensure continuity in simplification, continuous improvement and progress within Operation Management
  • Ensure that an annual FP&R self-assessment is carried out and action plans are generated for periodic review of progress.
  • Monitoring of the action plans of the Main Drivers by FF related to AU, UPDT and AML
  • Improvement in plant indicators by identifying the main bottlenecks and plans to reduce them.
  • Ensure roles and responsibilities for standard owner are in accordance with FP&R guidelines
  • Monitoring Implements continuous improvement projects for unplanned downtime, efficiency, line speed, batch cycle time, product change analysis, etc.
  • Follow individual and group training on your Focus Factory’s FP&R standards.

Analytics: 

  • Lead cross-functional teams to have accurate and timely analysis for decision making on cost optimization, business simplification and any impact on operation costs.
  • Monitoring of the Reimagined strategy of the factories in the short and long term.
  • Work together with factories and finances to supervise HEADCOUNT
  • Work together with factories and support areas to seek HC and AML reduction projects that generate savings for the operation.
