Global Data Analyst

Warsaw, Poland

(Hybrid)

Research and Insights CoE provides the support in the quantitative market research studies with HCPs and patients/customers at every stage of the project – from pricing to final delivery. The team is based in Poland but as part of a wider global team as well as due to the international projects, all the work is in English.

The Global Data Analyst in Data Management Team will be responsible for programming online surveys (Decipher), data cleaning & processing (SPSS) and will provide support for local and regional projects.

Main duties:

  • Online survey programming and testing.
  • Setting up data exports in the required format, assuring the exports contain all necessary data.
  • Quality control of the data files using MS Excel and SPSS script.
  • Data validation.
  • Guidelines and documentation creation and maintenance.
  • Cooperation with analysts, project managers and data management team members in the online survey development.

Skills and requirements:

  • Degree in Sociology, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. (We accept students of external studies who can work full time)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken – FCE level or higher) is a must.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically MS Excel.
  • Experience with SPSS and/or any online survey software (Decipher) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming in Python is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Experience with market research courses or internships is preferred, but not necessary.
  • You must be eligible to live and work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
