Primary Purpose:
The Group Manager Data Optimization is at the forefront of establishing and maintaining our Operations data standards and practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring that data assets are managed diligently to enhance business performance and decision-making. The manager will lead initiatives to foster a data-driven culture, streamline data processes through optimization and automation, and ensure that data governance policies align with regulatory requirements and business strategies.
Principal Duties:
- Cultivate a data-centric culture within the organization, promoting data literacy and fostering an environment where data-driven decision-making is the norm.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality and integrity through data optimization practices.
- Champion the use of automation tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in data-related operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data governance strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.
