The DCX Client Services – Home Based Data Analyst will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you’ve learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.  

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.  

Ideal Candidates will be 

• Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude   

• Experience with Item Master Data, Product Lifecycle 

• Good logic and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to meet strict deadlines 

• Strong Attention to detail 

Role Details 

• Industry: Promotions 

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) 

• Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient 

• Salary Range: 55,000-60,000 

Job Responsibilities 

• Produce/Develop management reports: 

  • Sales reports & analysis 

  • Profitability reports 

  • Performance reports 

  • Reports by customer, style, decorating, etc. 

  • Maintain and develop current/new Power BI reports/dashboards 

  • Support all users with information requests

  Work with other departments to review: 

  • Productivity/Performance Reports 

  • Process improvements/operational efficiencies 

  • Ad hoc requests 

  ERP Implementation (NetSuite): 

  • Work with implementation teams to ensure all requirements are properly incorporated into the new ERP, in regards to Reporting 

  • Develop all reports following NetSuite go-live 

Additional Job Requirements 

• Degree in Accounting 

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, including Excel Power Query 

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including developing new reports/dashboards 

• Minimum 10 years accounting experience in manufacturing environment 

• Experience with reporting and implementation of processes 

• Knowledge of NetSuite is considered an asset
