Your Purpose

The HR Business Intelligence Analyst plays an important role in ensuring data quality, insightful reporting, data analytics, and compliance with various data protection regulations. The analyst will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors, a cloud-based HRIS designed to manage workforce and HR processes. Employee Central is the core module, integrating performance management, recruiting, compensation, variable pay, and succession management.

This role involves developing and maintaining a KPI dashboard showcasing relevant HR and business metrics. The dashboard will be a crucial tool for HR and organizational leadership to gain insights into workforce performance and make data-driven decisions. The position reports to the Head of Global Compensations & Benefits within the Global HR Team.

Your key Responsibilities

  1. Data Quality Management

    • Monitor and optimize employee data for accuracy and integrity.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify compliance/data quality issues.
    • Implement system enhancements and customizations to optimize HR data management.
    • Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices.
  2. Reporting and Analytics

    • Systematically report on workforce metrics and trends for better insights.
    • Stay current with SuccessFactors updates to improve system/process efficiency.
    • Describe processes in Signavio for business process improvement and change management.
  3. KPI Dashboard

    • Design, develop, and maintain an interactive and user-friendly KPI dashboard using Qlik Sense.
    • Implement data validation and verification processes to ensure data accuracy.
    • Provide real-time or regularly updated data to track performance trends.
    • Review and enhance the dashboard to meet evolving business requirements and KPI priorities.
    • Use data visualization best practices to clearly communicate complex data.
  4. Collaboration and Support

    • Collaborate with Global HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) to define and improve strategic HR processes.
    • Work with HR business partners across regions to understand requirements.
    • Partner with IT and consultancy firms on technical feasibility and specifications.
    • Drive global standardization and harmonization of HR practices.
    • Serve as the main contact for SAP SuccessFactors and the HR Dashboard.
    • Develop and deliver training materials for HR business partners and end-users.
    • Maintain documentation of HR processes, data standards, and compliance procedures.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR data management and SAP SuccessFactors with a strong focus on Employee Central. Certification is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international diverse environment. 
  • Proficient in English. 
  • Proficiency in data management, data analytics and reporting tools. 
  • Understanding of HR regulations and data privacy laws. 
  • Project management skills for implementing process improvements. 
  • Familiar with agile way of working. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Strong experience in data visualization and dashboard development. Qlik Sense is a plus. 
  • Understanding of KPI selection and interpretation. 
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
