About the role

Angi is looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our People Ops team. This role will support three key functions of the People Ops team including Compensation, People Analytics, and HRIS.  Your work will help contribute to Angi’s continued development of our data & analytics programs and structures as we continue to scale our services to the business.

What you’ll do:

  • The HR Data Analyst will be a key contributor to the data management and integrity for the People Ops team
  • You’ll support ongoing reporting & dashboarding for the broader People team & business leaders to aid in critical and strategic decision making
  • You’ll act as a key contributor during our annual compensation review cycles including but not limited to – analyzing compensation data & recommendations around merit increases, market adjustments, promotion and incentive payouts
  • You’ll uphold our data integrity by conducting regular internal audits within Angi’s HRIS to validate consistency and accuracy across people data
  • You’ll participate in the ongoing development and administration of our compensation programs through regular benchmarking and market data analysis to provide recommendations for our compensation strategies

Who you are:

  • You have 1-3 years of relevant experience; ideally a combination of finance, HR, or compensation experience in a fast paced and high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
  • Proficient in Excel – including the use of formulas & pivot tables
  • Experience with UKG BI is preferred and basic report writing in UKG BI is a plus
  • Must be self-driven and able to work autonomously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to partner on projects and activities tied to key business objectives

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $65,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
