We’re thrilled to announce an opening for an HR Data Analyst to join our team at Pandora Western Europe. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support key business objectives. As an HR Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing attrition data, identifying correlations between various HR metrics, and providing valuable insights to inform HR strategies. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to data accuracy audits and track performance and talent acquisition metrics.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Analyze segmented attrition data per stores, regions, and districts.
- Identify correlations between attrition, absenteeism, and LES/eNPS.
- Analyze correlations between sales results and attrition, considering factors such as period, sales point, and region, to assess their impact on sales.
- Investigate correlations between Selling Ceremony events and attrition levels.
- Analyze leadership programs participation versus attrition levels.
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Compile and analyze data for the entire Western Europe cluster.
- Track and calculate data related to Performance and Rewards (P&R) and Talent Acquisition.
MORE ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics.
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in HR.
- Master’s degree in HR, Finance, UX, Sales, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
