Job Description
Lead a dynamic team, foster excellence, and shape the future of patient care as an Imaging Manager for the MRI Department.
Position Highlights:
- Shift Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift, Primarily Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, which may vary as needed.
- Relocation Assistance: Enjoy up to $3,000 in relocation expenses, provided the candidate meets the eligibility requirements. Paid within the first 30 days of employment.

What You’ll Need:
- Graduate of an approved AMA Radiology Program or Associate’s Degree Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Registered & Certified by ARRT or current National Certification in ARDMS or NMTCB
- Minimum of 5 years of hospital experience required; minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience in hospital environment preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills that project vision and self-confidence; able to effectively handle many different types of personalities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with patients, guests, and clinical staff.
- Ability to follow instructions, exhibit strong organizational skills, optimize budget performance, and provide leadership and motivation to your team.
- Strong technical skills with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess excellent analytical skills; proficient with time-management and prioritization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Guideline Adherence: Directs personnel and functions in line with professional guidelines, administrative policies, and regulatory standards.
- Clinical Optimization: Plans, implements, and evaluates clinical services systematically to improve patient care delivery; Enhances patient satisfaction through strategies and addresses service-related issues.
- General Management Duties: Manages staffing, recruits, and trains personnel for professional growth; Responds promptly to expense management directives, assists with budgets, and controls costs.
- Quality Improvement: Establishes quality improvement systems, communicates objectives, and reports results.
- Team Collaboration: Fosters a cooperative team spirit, ensuring alignment of individual performance with team responsibilities.
- Professional Knowledge: Maintains professional knowledge and serves as a resource for staff and healthcare personnel.
- Standards Adherence: Ensures age-appropriate patient care according to guidelines for specific age groups; Adheres to regulatory standards + hospital and departmental policies.
In this position, you may encounter potential exposure to infections, contagious diseases, and bloodborne pathogens. In the Emergency Department setting, you’ll work around equipment with moving parts, engage with patients in diverse circumstances, and handle unpredictable situations & emergency scenarios. Be prepared for multiple interruptions, occasional irregular hours, and the responsibility of short-notice absentee replacements. Your adaptability and resilience will be key in this ever-evolving environment.
