Order Management Logistics Specialist
Processes sales orders in conjunction with our internal project managers, factories, and logistics service providers to meet customer requirements related to delivery, installation and invoicing our customers.
Your role:

Responsible for order integrity and timely communication with internal and external customers to resolve any order date alignment issues. Ensures that a customer order detail changes, per the Project Manager, are updated timely in our ERP/other reporting systems.

Reviews Purchase Orders placed for all products are aligned for delivery. Processes orders on the Integrated Client (SAP, Appian, PowerBI) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, and appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order.

Escalates issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

You’re the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education or relevant business experience preferred.
-
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain related business or administration experience is preferred.
-
2+ years of business system experience (ex: SAP/ ERP Systems, MS Office) & Quality Management system (ICS Control, SOX etc.) preferred.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
-
Excellent written and verbal skills, ant he ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
