About the role

If you’re passionate about uncovering hidden insights in vast information and hold mastery in turning numbers into narratives, join us as an IT & D Data Scientist / Engineer / Visualisation Analyst. Your responsibilities
– Analyse large data sets to gauge performance and unlock actionable insights for organisational growth.
– Harness AI and machine learning to interpret complex data and influence future strategies.
– Develop timelines for system advancements and ensure ongoing security enhancements.
– Craft and maintain robust IT security solutions while staying vigilant about system and network vulnerabilities.
– Design secure architectures, maintain comprehensive security documentation, and forward-think to security approaches for emerging technologies.
– Contribute specialist advice to nurture cross-team collaborations and influence decisions.
The experience we’re looking for
– Background in data science, with a keen ability to source and interpret data.
– Proven track record in managing complex IT or cybersecurity projects.
– Strong understanding of cybersecurity practises, including firewalls, intrusion systems, and security event management.
– Excellent communicator, capable of engaging diverse stakeholder groups and articulating technical risks to non-technical audiences.
– A proactive approach to personal development, staying informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
– Solid foundation in analytics, data governance, and establishing digital strategies within an organisation.
