DE&I

  • Pernod Ricard values diversity and solidarity within its organization and in its relations with stakeholders. Our recruitment methods focus on skills, and we welcome all types of talent.
  • Studies suggest that women tend not to apply for a job if their CV isn’t a perfect fit. But in Pernod Ricard we’re all about recognizing talent and potential, not just ticking off experience boxes. So, if you like the role and feel you could do well in it, don’t hesitate—go ahead and apply!
