The work:
You will apply statistical and machine learning techniques to build models that address cybersecurity challenges. Analyze large, complex data sets to derive actionable insights and enhance threat detection. and collaborate with cybersecurity analysts to understand their challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions. You will keep abreast of the latest developments in data science and cybersecurity to drive innovation. and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. You will participate in client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within project timelines.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 years of experience with data hunting/manipulation/presentation
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other data science programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat landscapes, and attack vectors.
Bonus points if you have:
- Master’s or Ph.D.
- Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, SIEM platforms, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
- Prior experience in a consulting environment or client-facing role.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $82,400 – $154,800
Colorado: $82,400 – $133,700
New York: $76,300 – $154,800
Washington State: $87,800 – $142,300
