We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to identify business trends and opportunities. Working closely with the Data Team and Business Team, you will develop data visualizations and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

This position will report to our Data Manager.

Job Description

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, including transactional, advertisement, and operational data
  • Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in data to deliver actionable insights for informed business decisions
  • Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports, effectively communicating key business metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis, addressing specific stakeholder inquiries and providing insights as needed

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and analysis
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results
  • Experience with data management tools such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL would be a plus
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field, showcasing your expertise and commitment to professional growth is nice to have
