Junior Data Analyst
Renewal by Andersen – Metro and MidwestRenewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.This position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team and overall strength of our company. This role would be an in office position, based in our Cranford, NJ office. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Responsibilities:- Work directly with the Vice President of Inside Sales to pull & analyze data, generate insights and support the efforts to increase efficiency and performance.- Create detailed reports, visualizations, and charts that highlight KPIs and other relevant metrics.- Work closely with the VP to track and monitor agent performance, including productivity and quality metrics, helping to identify top performers and areas for improvement-Support the automation of routine reporting processes and recommend improvements to current data collection methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.-Partner with Inside Sales leaders to ensure the data supports the call center’s broader objectives and aligns with the company’s strategic goals.- Help develop forecasting models to predict call volumes, staffing needs, trends, and assisting leadership in decision-making.- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing data validation and cleansing tasks, ensuring that insights provided are reliable and actionable.- Respond to urgent data requests and provide quick, accurate reports as needed by the VP or other senior leadership.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, business analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.-Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages is a plus.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.-Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.-Prior experience in a call center or customer service setting is a plus but not required.

Schedule:- Full time position- Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays are remote (there may be the need for an occasional in office Friday as well)
