Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who will support our Operations Team in providing reports and analyses to give better understanding and facilitate decision-making process. The role involves combining different data and presenting them in a clear and concise form. Reports and analyses will be created both on a regular basis (e.g. weekly) and ad hoc, as needed.

It’s a junior position, so we are open to recent graduates or final-year students who are ready to work full-time.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

  • Creating reports and analyzing data in XLS, CSV formats:

– Creating reports based on system data

– Combining data from various sources and of different quality

– Gathering data from internal and external departments (factories) 

– Verifying the accuracy and quality of data

– Synthesizing results and providing action recommendations

  • Analysis of customer complaint data:

– Verification of customer complaints (assessing validity, determining the cause of the complaint, assigning responsibility for the complaint and providing appropriate arguments to subcontractors – factories and carriers)

– Reporting discrepancies to subcontractors as well as to Quality and Customer Service

– Managing the complaints panel and administering documentation

– Seeking optimal solutions for this process

To achieve your goals you will cooperate closely with internal teams, such as Quality, Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, Controlling, etc.

Requirements

To work effectively in this role, it is important that you:

  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel (and the entire Office suite) – training opportunities available

  • Have data analysis skills

  • Are accurate and pay attention to details

  • Think logically, have curiosity about data and the ability to find correlations between different metrics

  • Communicate effectively

  • Have a positive attitude towards working with diverse tasks in a highly creative team

  • Are willing to grow and engage in company activities – we’re looking for a long-term cooperation

  • Speak both Polish (primarily used) and English

  • Are ready to work in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you already have:

  • Basic SQL knowledge (training opportunities available)

  • Technical imagination, developed through engineering studies or an interest in this field
