About us:

Re7 Capital is a London-based cryptoasset investment firm. Re7 utilises our deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of fund strategies. Re7 team is a dynamic team with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto.

We are looking to hire a Junior SQL Data Analyst to join our technical team and be responsible for the ETL process (extract, transform and load) within our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise SQL efficiently to extract, transform, manipulate and visualise data from our databases
  • Develop, maintain and optimise interactive dashboards and reports using Grafana
  • Be familiar with different data providers in the crypto industry: TokenTerminal, Coingecko, DefiLlama, Dune
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather requirements and understand business needs
  • Be ready to work with large sets of structured and raw blockchain data
  • Supporting and working with the Analyst team in the creation of visually creative and innovative dashboards

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Finance
  • Strong PostgreSQL knowledge. 1+ years of experience
  • Good visualisation skills (Grafana or any other reporting layer)
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Understand reading blockchain data and be familiar with DeFi
  • Experience in python or any other programming language is optional but will considered as a plus
