What will you be doing?

The Data Support specialists will assist the teams of Equipment Master Data, Customer Master Data, Supplier Master Data and Material Master Data.

The main task is to support the data management team and the area (in FL /SL, KONE projects, and Strategy key initiatives) with appropriate reports & analytics and enable benefits in global KONE way Manage Master Data processes and other KONE way processes enabled. The position requires extensive communication with the Global data owners and Data management team members, following the Data management team’s OKR’s and strategic goals.

Main responsibilities include:

Data Extraction and Reports:

• Pulling out reports from different data sources/source systems and creating reports to know the as-is.
• Handling big data sets to produce useful and actionable reports/KPI’s.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

• Finding valuable insights and patterns in large datasets using statistical methods.
• Showing data findings in a simple and comprehensible way through charts, graphs, and other visualizations.

Data Management:

Data Collection – Collecting data from various sources, such as internal databases, external APIs, and other data repositories.

Data Integration – Combining data from different sources to create a unified and comprehensive dataset.

Are you the one?

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in business or engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ work experience in business, data management or data analyzing area.
• Interest towards numbers, data collection and analysis.
• Capability to interpret the data and propose solutions / a way forward.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel incl. VBA programming
• Skills in other reporting software are an asset, e.g., database management and different reporting solutions.
• ERP knowledge is an asset.
• Fluent English language skills, other language skills are an asset.
