Knowledge Management Content Engineer
Job Description
Our Knowledge Management Content Engineer is a key member of the Casualty Claims leadership team working across the organization to develop robust and accurate knowledgebase content, usability, and reporting to support consistency and provide a friction-less experience to our customers. The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical expertise of knowledge repositories and exceptional communication skills to translate complex business processes into clear, concise written communication that is customized to fit the stakeholder audience.
As a Knowledge Management Content Engineer, you will:

Work with stakeholders to UNDERSTAND business problems, DETERMINE requirements, and DESIGN technical solutions of data, reports, software, and/or systems.

CREATE and MAINTAIN operational content creation, consistency for a searchable and user-friendly interface for operational customers that is compatible with current and future platforms and AI initiatives.

COMMUNICATE in a professional oral or written manner thoughtfully and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, conveying nuanced business strategies and complex technical topics in a way those less familiar with the subject matter can understand without key concepts getting lost in translation.

SERVE as liaison for operational customers, business partners, and Tech partners to maintain an accurate, agnostic, and portable well written content repository of articles.

UTILIZE analytical techniques and business knowledge to DELIVER insights and derive new KPIs

ASSESS and CULTIVATE long-term strategic goals and specific opportunities for business intelligence and automated solution development in conjunction with Business Partners, Engineers, and Data Scientists.

SERVE as data stewards for assigned areas, working with IT and business partners in testing and validating data changes, maintaining proper governance controls, and ensuring data availability and quality.
Minimum Qualifications
-
4+ years of experience in BI and Data Visualization (PowerBI, Tableau)

4+ years of experience leveraging Source Control and DevOps Tools/Practices to contribute to a collaborative development team

2+ years of experience using cloud-based technologies such as Salesforce

1+ years of experience in Project Leadership

1+ years of experience Orchestrating a collaborative development process (designing and managing a SDLC)

1+ years of experience in Insurance or Fintech Industry

BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, or related field

Strong problem-solving ability

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Experience researching and querying new systems and data to derive meaningful insights

Ability to develop, test, deploy, and maintain data structures, enterprise reports, data visualizations, analytical systems, and software

Experience with data visualization tools

Annual Salary
$99,000.00 – $185,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
