This Lead role is expected to play an active role to help realize the vision of “Revolutionizing the Salesforce learning journey so that individuals are empowered to achieve their business outcomes”. The role will be part of the horizontal Business-Intelligence team within Customer-Success-Group and will support the Product-Education org.

Business-Intelligence works on executive priorities and the team exists to enable data driven decision making across the organization. She/he will curate data from multiple data sources for adhoc and recurring insight requests from leadership. Assessing impact of Programs (within Product Education) will be a key deliverable for this role.

The role requires timely responses to questions raised by senior leaders. This sometimes requires a flexible working approach working outside standard hours.

Must have

    • A bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years’ experience in an Analytics team.
    • Causal inference experience using A/B testing or other methodologies.
    • Analysis : A curious mindset that enables to dive deep & fetch insights.
    • Data Preparation : Experience in writing complex database queries in SQL.
    • Visualization : Expert in one or more popular viz tools (Tableau, Power BI etc)
    • Storytelling : Excellent skill of knitting Executive level stories.
    • Ability to quickly learn new tools within Analytics space.
    • An awesome team-player. And someone who junior analysts can look up to.

Nice to have skills

    • Direct experience (2+ yrs) in data-engineering.
    • Hands-on experience in advanced analytics, including predictive modelling, machine learning using python/R.
    • Experience working with cloud data sources.
