Job Title 

Lead, Data Analytics

Role Objective

Candidate is responsible for managing, implementing, coordinating with  global and regional business/DT team on projects or processes, works autonomously with minimum oversight in support of the global strategy. The role is responsible for the managing end-end implementation of complex and large-scale projects to organize, collect, standardize the data, and UI solutions to generate operational insights and address downstream needs.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8+ years of multi cloud architecture and infrastructure management (Azure, AWS, GCP) Or End to End implementation of BI projects.
  • Subject-matter expert, advanced to expert knowledge of work area – Azure, Snowflake, Data Architecture, Data Models, SQL, BI tools, Agile practice.
  • Working knowledge in Azure Cloud Platform (Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Cosmos DB). Or BI tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI and/or Sigma.
  • Working Knowledge of Security principles – Azure Security Center, Network, Infrastructure, Platform security, data security, UI security.
  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Dynamics data integration and development, a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle – JD Edwards ERP, a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional and Technical SME to drive the D&A projects individually with business while estimating and managing budgets.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects following agile methodology.
  • Manage multi-vendor resources to execute projects with high precision.
  • Collaborates with business teams to implement analytics projects end-end increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring the quality of reports and dashboards, and make it available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.
  • Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
  • Design and build data integrations, reports, and dashboards to generate actionable insights for business.
  • Reviews code and provides feedback relative to best practices, performance improvements etc.
  • Help team to prepares documents and maintains knowledge of overall architecture structure.
