Manager, Business Intelligence Product Management Europe

Summary: Owning the Europe P&L and leading the go-to-market and commercialization strategy for Mastercard suite of Business Intelligence products and services

1. Overview
Mastercard Data & Services encompasses Mastercard’s offerings beyond the transaction. We provide customers across industries and geographies with a tailored portfolio of solutions to address their business pain points.
Within Data & Services the Business Intelligence (BI) organisation within Insights & Analytics provides best in business intelligence technology, expertise and solutions to track, diagnose and improve the performance of payments businesses and financial institutions in general.
The role will be responsible for the BI product line business in Europe and will focus on enabling growth and scalability in the region.

2. Role
• Support regional BI product go to market (including pricing committee discussions, partnerships support)
• Own regional revenues and margin targets and represent/promote BI products across the region, building relationship with key regional stakeholders
• Support sales team as product specialists, providing sales enablement materials/trainings and support when needed
• Support new products Concept and Market Test phases with regional competitive analysis, researches, ideas, run regional client forum and feedbacks
• Support execution of the regional studio process (like OneTrust legal reviews) for product commercialization approvals
• Execute needed product localization (like identify translations needs and coordinate vendor, identify local contents needs and review quality, identify content prioritization for the region) and assure product regional product quality and relevance for clients
• Own regional budget for localization including third parties contract/PO issue and cost tracking
• Consolidate product feedback received by markets (or by customer success managers) and provide product improvement recommendations into GPM
• Support new product launch in the region: prepare the product for the launch, support product awareness, identify users target and support technical onboarding
• Coordinate operational activities like billing code requests, bulletin publications, monthly billing accuracy, salesforce accuracy, opt-out monitoring, actuals and forecast revenues review, product performance reporting

3. All about You/Experience

Education Needed:
• Undergraduate degree required
• MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended

Experience:
• Experience from a top-rated consulting or digital firm desirable
• Successful commercial, sales or marketing record desirable
• Analytical mindset, background and experience desirable
Key skills:
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity and strong commercial sense
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
