Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya
1) End-to-End Process of Data Analytic for all campaign management to find ROI and Report Design/ Management
- Manage and provide data integrity and process flow- Handle data updates, mining and analysis
- Provide sales performance reports and analysis for management- Provide concise and relevant information to assist in the development of business strategy and to resolve strategic issues
2) Coordinate with IT / BA team to develop specific system that support sales Channel
- Leads Management System
- End-to-End Performance Tracking report
- Process Design to improve billed / collected rate
3) Database Management
- Data Mining
- Leads Preparation
- Help design Data collection for further analysis
4) Inbound Call Center’s Process Controlling to ensure performance deliverable and meet SLA
- Day-today process management
- Ensure leads transferal smoothly
- Monitoring and drive quality (including leads quality, staff quality), service levels and productivity.
- Develop data management system and/or solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for working teams
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS / IT / Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS and Data Analytic tools such as python
- Experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
Nice to Have
- Experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience using tools for reporting or interpreting data such as Excel and/or Tableau, PowerBI
- Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL
- Knowledge of graphic design software Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
