You will be liable for the implementation of digital strategies and data driven analyses to assist the enhancement of collection effectiveness and mitigation of credit losses.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of collection strategies with focus on Digital channels, aiming at minimizing credit losses.

  • Deliver on analytical projects that provide applicable insights to improve collection efforts and recoveries.

  • Recommend improvements to existing processes. Introduce changes under a test/control framework to help drive purpose, evidence-based decisions that improve performance metrics.

  • Provide oversight of the digital strategies by developing performance reports and early warning triggers.

  • Participate as required in a variety of cross-functional teams to implement customer assistance tools, digital strategies, and other high-priority projects.
     

Job Requirements:

 

  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience with statistical & data mining software packages in particular SAS and SQL (required)

  • Experience with Power Business Intelligence (highly desired)

  • Familiarity with Big Query and Python 

  • Results driven individual with high level of curiosity and ability to dive into details without losing sight of the big picture.

  • Strong organization skills to prioritize, manage, and implement a variety of contesting initiatives, on a concurrent or staggered basis.

  • A University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or Computer science, as well as working experience equivalent to a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience is required.
