Marketing is the cornerstone of brand engagement and growth, yet a financial investment. Brands assess marketing’s influence on sales/profit, brand equity, and financial brand value. (m)PHASIZE is a brand analytics and marketing effectiveness consultancy that guides every marketing investment to count. Our clients discover what marketing budget, mix, messaging, and positioning can outperform the competition.

Who you are:
(m)PHASIZE is looking for a future expert in marketing effectiveness and predictive modeling. You will touch all aspects of our work, from data collection, hypothesis framing/testing, model development, model interpretation, and model-based marketing strategy formulation.
What you’ll do:
- Create MMM (market mix models), brand equity, and brand value modeling studies
- Ensure delivery of MMM and other brand/marketing effectiveness studies
- Lead engagements with clients’ marketing planning, analytics, or strategy partners
- Navigate econometrical conversations with finance, data science, and other technical clients
- Partner with the Data Operations and Solutions Architecture team for new product design
- Oversee Analysts in delivering brand analytics and marketing effectiveness studies
- Frame and address clients’ business and marketing challenges
- Discover and facilitate clients’ marketing budgeting and measurement problems
- Keep up-to-date with new developments in analytic methods in academia and industry
- Suggest and create new product ideas in marketing analytics
You will report to the Senior Vice President, Analytics Modeling and Product Development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in econometrics, numerical linear algebra, multivariate analysis, and statistical learning
- 4+ years of experience in marketing effectiveness, i.e., MMM, and brand equity modeling
- 4+ years of experience applying marketing effectiveness, i.e., budget sizing, portfolio optimization
- 1+ years of experience in team leadership, specifically in growing marketing analytics team(s)
- 1+ years of experience in project management
- Abachelor’s degree is required
- Recognition that value comes from a collective effort
- Proficient in statistical computing, like R, Python, or SAS
- Proficient in data and spreadsheet tools, like Power BI and SQL

Compensation Range: $81,500 – $128,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
