Marketing BI Analyst

Leeds, London or Dublin

An excellent opportunity has opened up for self-motivated BI Analyst to join our recently established Marketing BI team, within our Flutter UK & Ireland Business Intelligence function.

Your team

The Marketing BI team partner with our UKI Marketing teams across all Flutter brands, to build a deeper understanding of marketing performance and how to optimise future activities to drive growth within the wider UKI gambling market.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the PPB Marketing BI Manager, you will own the execution of intelligence-led approaches to marketing analytics, ensuring that insights meet the needs of the organisation’s business goals.

You will work with the UKI Marketing teams to understand and explain performance of marketing efforts across channels and campaigns, and identify new opportunities for growth.

As a BI Analyst, you will:

  • Understand Flutter UKI’s marketing performance through analysis and enable stakeholders to understand how the findings should influence our strategic approach.

  • Partner with key channel owners and relevant business partners to improve understanding of performance against our key strategic initiatives.

  • Help establish innovative analytics to improve the businesses’ understanding of performance against UKI marketing KPIs.

  • Lead delivery of a variety of analytical solutions including Experimentation, Data Analysis and Dashboard development.

  • Work across UKI Marketing teams on key day-to-day tasks, such as scoping and defining analysis needs.

Skills, capabilities and experience required

  • Strong experience in using SQL to deliver analytics solutions within a business context.

  • Understanding of offline and digital advertising channels.

  • Skilled at condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions.

  • Experience with visualisation tools such as Looker and PowerBI are desirable.

  • Excellent teammate with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships both within the Analytics team and across the business at all levels.

  • You will be self-motivated, and action orientated.

  • Professional experience in similar positions (Marketing and Analytics).
