Job Function:•Work hands on with manufacturing, warehousing, planning, purchasing, engineering, and quality to attain production goals through on time material lineside delivery and expediting potential shortages and real time shortages during build. 
•Shortage Handling to occur at station level by differentiating between flexible kits and inflexible kits and prioritizing inflexible kit shortages. Must also understand what kits unlock most amount of work without rework needs. Must be able to clearly understand what material causes line down vs what causes run without. Must be able to demonstrate thorough understanding of car build process in sequence and in criticality. 
•Must stay on top of material delivered lineside through warehouse kitting and through shortages exception management process. 
•Report on lineside fill rate (kit level, PN level, line level) for each station and/or build/s daily.

•May be assigned to multiple stations within a same build and/or multiple stations within multiple builds.
Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree is mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and/or with supply chain related major.•Must have 1 year of hands-on automotive manufacturing/supply chain experience in either internship, co-op or a full-time position. 6-8 months automotive experience MUST HAVE •Excellent exception management skills•Must have strong analytical skills, Excel, Power BI, SQL.•CAD / NX Team Center Ability to work in a cross functional group.Good communication and interpersonal skillsNice to have:•Oracle •Jira
