Responsibilities:
- Follow the company’s values, vision, and mission
- Collect, organize, and manage large datasets with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Create and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for effective data analysis and presentation, utilizing Excel’s functions and formulas to manipulate and extract insights from data.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare detailed data-based reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with other departments to understand and address the company’s data needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and the security of confidential information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrable experience in advanced Microsoft Excel management.
- Strong knowledge of data management techniques and databases.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-data volume work environment.
- Knowledge of database query tools and languages (SQL, for example) would be a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under deadlines.
