Job Description Summary

The multichannel & digital manager is responsible to accelerate our digital and multichannel plan and is in the lead to develop and execute the strategy. You support all customer touch points, interactions and marketing activities from a digital perspective underbuild by data and analytics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Further develop, implement and optimize the digital go to market model
  • Shaping engagement and digital channel mix strategies for customers
  • Drive the creation of enhanced digital content to increase HCP engagement including content strategy, activation planning and analytics
  • Build the digital journey for healthcare professionals.
  • Own the understanding of digital performance. Track performance and KPIs of the HCP digital engagement, campaign performance and site metrics
  • Lead the digital journey; own digital related processes such as digital segmentation and shape multi-channel strategy. Own and lead dashboard reports.
  • Be the key contact for the Field force team to build their capabilities on digital and embed them into omnichannel journey: driving digital conversion, support expert marketing communications.
  • Increase digital affinity among the organization; give trainings related with dashboard, digital tools and reports
  • Collect, identify and share best practices in and from the Cluster and localize the global digital strategy in collaboration with the digital hub were relevant
  • Support the communication and marketing teams in developing their digital comms agenda for internal and external stakeholders including social media. Managing directly and through agencies support the touchpoint flow.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • 4 years experience in digital marketing activation and communication, including understanding of the digital landscape, understanding of the power of data in driving value propositions, building and tracking the performance of digital plans
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Driving performance – KPI setting, tracking and course correcting where needed.
  • Strong project management & influencing skills
  • Proactive identification of business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
