What You’ll Bring:
- Proficient with one or more statistical programming languages such as R, or Python
- Familiar with big data processing applications
- Proficient using and extracting data from relational databases (SQL)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to conduct detailed root-cause analyses, integrate multiple data sets, generate insights and monitor resolutions
- Previous detailed analytics experience with digital, mobile, contact center, operational or financial data

- Monitor and interact with our billing systems daily
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining methods including classification, regression, and time series analysis
- Forecast series and impact of shifts in marketing spend
- Identify KPIs and their associated thresholds
- Build models
- Evaluate products and customer segments
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
