Job Purpose

 
The Payroll & Employee Data Management Sr Solution Integrity Analyst will be responsible for support, maintain, integrate, and test payroll functionalities across ADP – GlobalView and Employee Central solutions in partnership with HR Operation teams and number of vendors Globally. 
 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Define and govern the software applications direction in accordance with architecture standards and business process leads.
  • Own SAPSF integration and replication activities to Payroll systems.
  • Investigate complex business and system issues, researching and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Conduct and guide others in the implementation of solution applications including requirements capture and analysis, development of design documentation, test and debug software applications, software configuration, support deployment and cutover activities.
  • Compile, prioritize and coordinate implementation of enhancements and defect fixes.
  • Contribute to the strategy and technical planning of software applications in accordance with software compliance standards.
  • Support Global Payroll systems for technical defects, enhancements, or regular maintenance for Payroll Operations/Processing teams on system issues.
  • Integrate complex process areas including data, business, reporting and security across a subset of the organization.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.
  • Experience with HR Technology integrations and implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High standard skills at gathering clients Internal Requirements.
  • Previous experience implementing Payroll solutions across HR organizations.
  • Six years supporting enterprise-wide HR Payroll technology solutions.
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Strong experience writing test scripts.
  • Strong experience in Data Analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
  • Trustworthy; maintains confidentiality.
  • Experience with Payroll solutions functionalities and configuration.
