RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and operate the Celonis process mining tool as part of BASF Process Analytics team.
• Support recording of customer requirements with internal business partners.
• Support the implementation of new functionalities as part of our DevOps team within the whole ETL (Extraction, Transformation, Load) pipeline (e.g., maintenance of data models, implementation of dashboards, solution to technical malfunctions)
• Technical consulting with business partners and analysts.
• Cooperate with internal or external key players for the provision of services considering agreed service level agreements (e.g., reaction times, solution times, availability, readiness).
• Support user acceptance tests together with internal business partners.
• Ensure the further development of expertise within our DevOps team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree with a technical focus from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in BI. Process Mining experience is a plus.
• Expertise and minimum 2 years’ experience in SQL programming.
• Technical consulting skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the full ETL pipeline.
• SAP ERP know-how and experience is a plus.
• 1+ years’ experience in working with agile methodology.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured mindset.
• High sense of responsibility and proactivity working remotely.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work culture.
• Fluent communication in English is a must.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in business process modelling using Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN 2.0).
• Statistics know-how and experience (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure on non-routine and highly complex tasks.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team spread across the globe.
