The Opportunity
Glanbia Nutritionals is seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for process and systems expertise, project management, operational excellence, and governance. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the operations of our North American Procurement and Procurement Services, focusing on standardization, harmonization, productivity, and effectiveness. This permanent position will report to the Director Procurement Operations and duties will include but are not limited to the following;
- Serve as a Procurement Operations and Systems subject matter expert.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports.
- Evaluate and optimize workflows and processes.
- Act as an SAP system operator accountable for the design and implementation of SAP capabilities supporting the Procurement Operations and Procurement Services work-streams; end-to-end procure to pay systems including master data, purchase order execution and fulfilment, delivery processing, billing, and related reporting.
- Conduct data mining and regression analysis.
- Provide systems support between Procurement Operations/Services and IT service areas.
- Provide training and guidance to Procurement key users.
- Work with management and/or internal stakeholders to define business requirements.
- Scope and implement change projects.
- Support the vetting of new systems for Procurement Operations.
The Skills you will bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar focus.
- Experience with PowerShell, PowerBI, and JDA is preferred. Lean/Six Sigma certification and SAP Certified Application Associate is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years Supply Chain processes in SAP or similar ERP.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate data effectively (verbally and visually) Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously including working with international teams.
- Experience leading process improvement / continuous improvement initiatives using best of breed industrial practices and tools.
- Proficient knowledge in process mapping and other process analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organization including acting as a liaison between functional teams and IT to ensure adherence to business requirements.
- Contribute practical and pragmatic thought leadership to the development and evolution of the SAP ERP & bolt on technology design and methodologies working with our internal IT team.
- Strong ability to lead teams with or without direct reports; natural leader and motivator, lead through influence.
- Engage in process measurement development, compliance, key performance drivers, improvement
- Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer- focused approach within a large and disparate organization.

Where and how you will work
The opportunity will be based in Twin Falls, Id or near Glanbia Nutritionals sites located in West Haven, Connecticut or Springfield, Missouri.
