The Opportunity at Komodo Health
The GTM Ops team is responsible for driving strategic programs around product activation and end to end delivery of our solutions across the business.
We’re looking to add a mission-driven Program Manager to strengthen our operations within the Data Product & Engineering group. In this role you will be responsible for delivering highly impactful programs, optimizing operations and delivery that drive the Data product vision forward. A successful candidate will have a solid track record of program and project management, and will have demonstrated excellent leadership and communication skills. The candidate should have a strong sense of ownership and ability to think and work strategically with stakeholders across the company.

- Led the coordination and management efforts in developing and enhancing scalable, efficient data pipelines.
- Established and continuously improved the program plan, focusing on delivery and operational activities.
- Identified and established key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the adoption and impact of our data products, analytics models.
- Managed and implemented better scrum and development practices across the data product and foundations team.
You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…
- Coordinated program management efforts to support Data Product and Data Foundations as they develop and enhance scalable, efficient data pipelines and implement advanced analytics models that strengthen our core data capabilities and enrich our data product offerings.
- Identify KPIs or success metrics to evaluate the adoption and impact of our data products, analytics models, and data APIs, and oversee the communication of their progress internally.
- Establish, oversee, and continuously improve the program plan, delivery & operational activities by ensuring strategic prioritization and adjustments within the framework of organizational goals and constraints.
- Lead and facilitate the breakdown of complex data-oriented projects into manageable, executable initiatives, ensure clear communications within the various data product and engineering teams.
- Ensure accountability by monitoring progress, addressing cross-team dependencies, identifying challenges, assessing risks, devising contingency plans, and reporting on status and decisions to leadership and project stakeholders.
- Mentor the teams on best practices in Agile methodologies.
What you bring to Komodo Health:
- Solid understanding of the data product development lifecycle for SaaS, release management, and the challenges of deploying data products, analytics, and complex data infrastructures at scale.
- A proactive attitude towards acquiring a thorough end-to-end understanding and expertise to foster the adoption of Komodo’s core data models, data integrations, and APIs.
- A robust grasp of non-functional requirements such as governance, scalability, usability, and maintainability in the context of data products.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with, and influence, a broad spectrum of audiences.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively without compromising on high-priority items.
- Experience in software delivery within an agile framework, with a deep knowledge of Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Skilled at identifying process inefficiencies, capacity planning and the ability to develop strategies, influence stakeholders, implement solutions, and measure outcomes. Proficient in using project management, data analysis, and team collaboration tools, such as the G Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, Product roadmapping tool.
- Capable of driving discussions towards effective solutions by engaging the appropriate stakeholders, considering all options, balancing business needs, and managing timelines for successful execution and delivery.
- Committed to fostering strong collaboration among cross-functional teams with potentially competing priorities, maintaining a sense of urgency.

Compensation at Komodo Health
The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of pay that we reasonably expect to pay across all U.S. locations and may span more than one career level. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.
The U.S. national starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan.$94,000—$156,500 USD
Where You’ll Work
Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
