What awaits you?

• As a Project Lead AI Governance (m/f/x), you are responsible for developing policies and standards that establish the ethical, legal, and regulatory framework for the use of AI in our organization. This includes creating guidelines for data usage, data privacy, transparency, and fairness.
• You ensure that AI applications and projects comply with applicable legal requirements and regulations. This includes working with our legal department to ensure that AI systems comply with data protection regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• You ensure transparency and explainability of AI systems, especially in decision-making processes. You develop mechanisms to ensure that the functioning of AI algorithms can be understood and verified. In cooperation with the technical department, you develop concepts the enable the compliance to AI legal frameworks. 
• In your role, you implement monitoring and audit procedures to ensure that AI systems are functioning properly and adhering to the defined policies and standards. You conduct regular reviews and ensure that necessary adjustments are made to ensure compliance.
• You develop long-term strategic plans and roadmaps for the governance of AI in our organization. You identify opportunities and challenges related to AI and develop governance policies, compliance measures and the use of AI in our organization.
• You regularly communicate with other team members and process partners, informing them about governance policies, compliance measures, and the use of AI in our organization.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Engineering, or related subjects.
• Extensive Professional experience in the field of artificial intelligence and legal aspects.
• Business fluent knowledge of German and English (written and spoken).
