The Semapa Group is now seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead our new Data Analytics product in the HR domain, focusing on leveraging data to enhance our human resources across all group companies.
What will you do?
As a Project Manager, you are expected to:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the HR Data Analytics product, from discovery through to delivery, ensuring it meets the strategic objectives of the Semapa Group.
- Collaborate with teams across all Semapa Group companies to integrate and leverage data, enhancing HR decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Work within the larger Product Management team, interacting with other Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergies across various projects.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and DragonBoat to manage the product lifecycle effectively.
- Drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring the development aligns with user needs and business goals.
- Engage in continuous learning and application of the latest trends in data analytics, product management, and HR technologies to keep the product and practices innovative and effective.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on data analytics or HR products.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, DragonBoat).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product strategies and actionable plans.
- Knowledge of data integration and the ability to work with complex datasets from various sources.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Recruitment process:
Our recruitment process typically lasts 2 weeks and has the following stages:
- CV screening (async);
- Hiire Interview (~30 minutes);
- Interview with Semapa’s team (1 hour);
- Final interview with the Chief People Officer (~45minutes).
