Whether our clients are developers, lenders, Investors or occupiers, solid market research and insights are critical to making the right decisions. Our dedicated analysts are continuously monitoring and reporting data on all sectors of commercial real estate in the country. The team also works closely with its regional colleagues across the Central & Eastern European region, as part of the Colliers pan European and Global research platform.

Job Description

Outline of Tasks

  • Sourcing and analysis of data, cross-checking data quality with reliable public and available third-party sources.
  • Maintenance of various real estate sector databases and related tools.
  • Support in the preparation of various market reports, presentations and studies.
  • Regular collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues across the Colliers network in CEE and EMEA.
  • Adhoc business trips within Czech Republic, including property inspections, client presentations, attending conferences or networking events.

Experience

On the job training will be provided, but the following skills and experience will be an advantage to successful candidates.

  • Prior knowledge, experience, and interest in the real estate / financial markets.
  • Good general understanding of economics, statistics and business.
  • Working knowledge of data and database structures.
  • Experience in data and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, ArcGIS.

Skills

  • Ability to speak and write in both Czech and English to good standard.
  • General understanding of macroeconomics and market drivers.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of any programming languages is a nice to have.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and the ability to challenge and be challenged.
  • Able to work effectively on given tasks, both individually and in a team.
  • Able to prioritise and take on new tasks, according to changing business needs.
  • Ability to learn new things, build up own expertise and innovate independently.
