Responsibilities


In this role the research assistant will perform routine procedures in one or more sections of the laboratory facilities under the supervision of either a principal investigator, staff scientist, research associate, or postdoctoral fellow. Will be expected to use proven scientific method(s) in the conduct of new and routine experiments.
May be required to present findings in either written or verbal form with emphasis on maintaining a record of experimental findings.Research assistant will be proficient in machine learning deep learning artificial intelligence and other related disciplines. RA will work with a team of research neurosurgeons data scientists and bioengineers on projects where applications of the above analytical techniques are required.


Qualifications


Experience:


Exposure to laboratory techniques appropriate to those executed in the multidisciplinary medical laboratory. Science background must be applicable to type of lab position applying for.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required. Must have good understanding of college level algebra and calculus.


Pay Range


$17.93 – $24.66 /hour
