Sales Data Scientist
Job Description
Key responsibilities/What you do
The Data Scientist will be part of Global Markets Sales support direction and act as global steering analyst with the responsibility to codesign, implement and maintain new automatic tools, data analyse and data science modelling by B-Partners and all sales dashboards.
This person must have strong experience using a variety of data mining and analysis methods and tools, building and implementing models.
The role will collaborate closely with other global functions and international BUs within Allianz Partners, like global Underwriter, Operation and Finance departments.

Develop and maintain an automatic advance tool by BPartner on the main Finance/Markets KPIs

Analyse and present data ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of insurance data used in order to optimize customer experience, revenue and profitability as well as other other business outcomes.

Contribute to innovation and efficiency across the Markets developing advanced and automatic support for all the PPT presentations and excel reports in place.

Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources

Mines and analyzes partner data improving customer segmentation methodologies.

Works collaboratively with global underwriters, finance, operation and network teams etc.

Contribute to drive sales performance around the globe.
Key requirements/What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics

Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real world advantages/drawbacks.

Experience using statistical computer languages and packages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

Proficiency with one or more business intelligence tools

Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – very strong expertise in Power BI

GLM or data science modelling experiences

Proven experience in Large data management and analyse

Fluent in English

Insurance and assistance technical knwoledge would be a plus

Sales steering experiences

Strong communication skills to non-technical audience

Highly collaborative, able to lead both with and without authority in a matrix structure in a global environment.

Preferrably end of study internship

Duration : minimum 6months
