Sales Data Specialist (GB)

Job Summary:

•   High level of attention to detail on Data
•   Looking up company Id’s from internal systems / CRM / Finance systems including external data search for (UK, US and Rest of World) which will be used to extract the      relationship details for further analysis.
•   Extract Data / Combine and manipulating data and make easy to understand for the requestor.
•   Able to provide a summarised view along with some detailed highlights to the data set.
•   Self QC on the data set is a must before proceeding to the next step.
•   Proficiency in Excel is a must e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
•   Enjoys analytical & numerical analysis with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
•   Proven experience in strong critical thinking to make effective decisions and quickly understand situations and business problems. 
•   Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, structure, and finding possible solutions to problems as they arise.
•   PowerBI experience is a plus (not essential)
•   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (especially virtually), are essential.
•   Committed and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work in a multi-location team.
•   Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritise workload

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Production of client and prospect list / highlighting account directors
• Highlighting the company’s demographics from the WTW systems or the internet
• Revenue Summary by LoB’s / Segment / Geography Regions
• Analyse sales pipeline data and determine key trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Helping to identify the cross-selling opportunities based on the revenue analysis.
• The impact of key growth initiatives or campaigns based on Revenues or pipeline.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Manager/Senior Management
