Our Headquarters are in Brussels, and we have active accounts and offices across Europe (i.e. Luxembourg, Amsterdam, Athens, Stockholm, Geneva, Milan).

We are currently looking for a SAS Developer with 5+ years of experience in this field, 
for a prestigious European Union institution.

Expected Tasks:

  • Management and resolution of service requests and incidents;
  • Monitoring the various service request and incidents input channels (functional mailbox, personal mailbox, CITNET Jira);
  • Analysing the service requests and incidents;
  • Coordinating with the validation team on the actions needed to answer the request or resolve the incident and following up the actions execution;
  • Keeping the business users informed on the needed actions and on the status of the service requests and incidents;
  • Updated validation domain metadata (validation rules or programs, dataset formats, various datasets);
  • Participation in user, service and project meetings.

This is a full-remote position, you will be allowed to work from any country within the European Union, with minimal presence required in Luxembourg for occasional business trips.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience;
  • EQF6/EQF7 education level completed;
  • Working proficiency in both English and French;
  • Excellent knowledge of SAS;
  • Good knowledge of stored procedure languages and application development environments;
  • Familiarity with bug tracking/reporting tools (JIRA, SMT), business process modelling languages (BPMN) and enterprise content management tools (MS Sharepoint);
  • Experience writing clear and structured technical documents.
