Job Title – Senior Business Analyst for Data Management, AVP

Location – Pune, India

Role Description

The Divisional Data Office in Private Bank is driving all aspects of data management in the Business Division at the interface to Deutsche Bank Group. In close collaboration between business and IT we assign data roles, manage the documentation of data flows, align data requirements between consumers and producers of data, co-own the enterprise data models, report data quality and coordinate Private Banks data delivery through the group data hub.

As part of the team, you will support data initiatives such as the implementation of central Party Data management by designing solutions, involving stakeholders, and ensuring data policy and regulatory compliance.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support data initiative by designing solutions in line business processes and group policies and frameworks
  • Consolidate requirements from risk, finance, and treasury on harmonized data deliveries from Private Bank and track their translation into logical and physical data models
  • Structure and share relevant information on data requirements, model versions, and implementation status across Private Bank and with relevant group functions
  • Drive issue solution for Private Bank cross-divisional data provisioning together with the relevant stakeholders
  • Optimize data management processes and data roles together with the group CDO team
  • Align your tasks with the team and the Private Bank Data Council priorities

Your skills and experience

  • In depth understanding of how data and data quality impacts processes across the bank, ideally in the retail sector
  • Experience with data architecture and the challenges of harmonized data provisioning
  • Proven project and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience with interpreting and implementing data related regulations such as BCBS 239
  • Open minded team player: making different people work together well across the world
  • Fluent English
