WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

Partner with business stakeholders and align with one or more functional groups to understand key metrics and document business requirements for developing appropriate business analyses and reports and dashboards

Develop rich, interactive, visually striking graphics and data visualizations using large amounts of data in Tableau and/or other data visualization tools

Help scale BI processes using automation and scripting wherever possible

Provide insight into leading analytic practices and foster best practices that are consistent with BI design standards

Help influence and document the Customer Experience (CX) business intelligence strategy, principles, and roadmap

Cross functional collaboration with various departments, including IT and engineering to ensure a cohesive approach

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM…  

4+ years of experience working with product, customer or other related data analytics fields.

Bachelor’s degree (statistics, computer science, or math preferred)

Validated experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools or packages (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc)

SQL coding/querying skills; experience with Python or other scripting language a plus

Ability to work with large amounts of detail; ability to collect, structure and assess data

Strong communications skills, breaking complex problems and models down to an understandable level that builds confidence with stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability and professionalism; willing to go the extra mile to see issues to resolution; self-directed and resourceful

Comfortable with ambiguity; able to thrive with minimal oversight and process, while keeping leadership informed on progress against deadlines
