Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in the Tampa FL commuting area.  This is a Hybrid telework/office role.  Candidates can expect to be in the office 2 or 3 days a week.  This is a unique opportunity to join our exceptional team supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in the implementation and deployment of OneStream, which will replace a legacy Oracle Hyperion Planning solution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for building our reporting and analytics dashboards that present the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution – Management Information System (PPBES-MIS) data to our end users.

  • Responsible for ensuring our users have access to the same self-reporting BI tools in our NextGen solution that are available to them in the legacy PPBES-MIS, whether in PowerBI or some other data analytics tool.

  • Take the lead in utilizing data analysis skills when data anomalies occur or when the user base questions the accuracy of numbers represented by the PPBES-MIS.

  • Responsible for leveraging understanding of data flow through the PPBES-MIS, from data entry to reporting, and playing a key role in redesigning the data flow using NextGen technologies.

  • Apply standard industry practices and methodologies to develop, deploy, and maintain BI interfaces. Those include query tools, data visualization and interactive dashboards, ad hoc reporting, and data modeling tools. 

  • Tasked with performing data modeling, internal control and risk analysis, and employing modern business methods and performance measurement techniques in order to produce and maintain our PPBES-MIS reporting solution.

  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and our team of consultants to document and structure the current and future state of a legacy Programming, Budget and Execution system for its modernization to an OneStream CPM platform.

  • Assist in all BI, ETL or MDM related conversion, design, and development activities throughout program planning and execution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or related degree 

  • A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with BI platforms (Preferably, Microsoft Power BI or OBIEE)  

  • SQL coding proficiency with Oracle or SQL Server databases 

  • Positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of the DoD PPBES process or other federal financial management processes and requirements

  • Experience consulting or delivering solutions to federal clients.

  • Experience working with Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, or other modern CPM software

  • Experience with Oracle or SQL Server data warehousing technology.

  • ETL experience using Oracle Data Integrator or similar products

  • Experience with Master Data Management implementations in third party tools like EBX or Oracle’s DRM

  • Current U.S Government Secret clearance

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
