Job Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of the data management process and experience in specialized data management skills (e.g., therapeutic expertise, SAE reconciliation, central laboratory, edit check spec’s (DVP), and creation of the Data Management plan (DMP))
  • Good understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MediDATA Rave, OC RDC, Inform, SAS Listings
  • Manage CDM customer relationships for CDM project team; this will include leading (with minimal guidance) CDM internal/external customer negotiations on complex timeline, quality, budgetary and other issues as they arise
  • Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years relevant experience and minimum 3 years as an independent lead including proven competence in leading and managing delivery of multiple projects simultaneously through full data management study life cycle
    • Bonus: CCDM Certified, PMP certified

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $107,000.00 – $160,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
