WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide valuable insights to help shape our business strategy, and to create meaningful dashboards.
  • Enable wider use of data and insights, while assisting stakeholders in adopting reports / metrics.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools (such as dashboards, worksheets) to track and monitor business performance.
  • Use data to measure business KPIs, and build business models to assess the impact of key projects and opportunities.
  • Create visualisations and dashboards on BI Tools (Looker Studio).
  • Uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable tasks to help the team to refine tactical actions.
  • Based on insights gathered from internal & external data sources, provide recommendations to the management team.
  • Analyse and visualise platform intelligence data to identify patterns and participate in solutions building with our Product & Engineering teams.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, BI tools and business reporting.
  • Experience with SQL for creating queries and other data transformation scripts to obtain the relevant information from internal and external data sources.
  • Good understanding of BI tools, its application for different business verticals.
  • Has some experience in user research to gather user insights
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve with excellent time management skills
  • Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude.
  • Organised, can work independently, strong willingness to learn, and self-motivated to innovate and speak up for things that matter to the company.
