Global-e is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Corporate Development department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, including Analytics, internal data systems, session recordings, and online browsing activities.
- Guide and support our e-commerce funnel optimization with data backed insights.
- Navigate through substantial data complexity and volume, impacting our business significantly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, UX, to translate business objectives into data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and predictive models that drive business growth.
- Communicate findings effectively through visually appealing data visualizations, charts, and graphs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, providing feedback on actual results and efficacy.
- Support product development decisions and optimization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer.
- Equipped with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a scalable B2C/e-commerce company.
- Experienced with A/B testing and CRO activity
- Proficient in utilizing GA to extract actionable, data-backed insights
- High proficiency in SQL, enabling you to work with large and complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English
