Job Description

Join us in this role where you’ll apply your skills within data analytics and visualisation to develop reports and analytics that support strategic decisions and actions in the business. You’ll use your technical knowledge and creativity in deciding how to utilise people data to provide new, value-adding insights. You’ll also join the rest of the team on our learning journey towards developing and utilising advanced analytics.

You’ll be part of Business Insights & Reporting where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of an international team of analytics practitioners. You’ll have the unique opportunity to combine data analytics with strategy development concerning our people and organisation. You’ll be responsible for developing and running key reports and entering larger strategic projects to develop data and visualisation products. As a team, we work in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative manor based on high ambitions for organisation. You’ll play an important role in:

  • leveraging the most relevant technology, such as PowerBI, Python, Excel, and PowerAutomation, to deliver analyses for our stakeholders that support decision-making in the business
  • continuously updating and optimising our ongoing reporting setup in Python and Power BI to meet current and future business needs
  • enabling our strategic agendas and projects through analytics, e.g., within strategic workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Hub analysis etc.
  • supporting our journey towards delivering advanced statistical analytics incl. predictive modelling e.g., flight risk analysis.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a master’s degree in, e.g., economics, business administration/HR, informatics, or data modelling, and are passionate about data
  • have extensive experience with programming in Python for data analysis and visualisation tools, preferably in Power BI
  • have experience with applying advanced statistical methods when analysing data
  • like to support the “bigger picture” by bringing your analyses into easily accessible insights for stakeholders
  • are methodical in your approach, pay attention to detail and set high standards for your work.
