We base our strategic decisions on robust data analysis performed by our talented team. Daily, we handle vast amounts of data related to employee performance, satisfaction, and organizational efficiency, and we need someone who can transform this data into actionable insights. You will require a nuanced understanding of People & Culture metrics and dynamics—a challenge we are excited to support you in mastering. What does this role involve:

  • Participating in creating strategy and setting direction of the activities of People& Culture department (Administration, C&B, Learning&Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBP).
  • Creating reporting environment for People& Culture (IBM Cognos, Google Cloud Platform, Data Studio, SAP, HRIS).
  • Collecting, structuring, analyzing and reporting of People& Culture indicators and data.
  • Cooperating with IT Business Services team in designing and administering the systems.
  • Creating reports, self-service dashboards and data visualizations for various stakeholders (HR management, HRBP, Talent Acquisition team, etc.).

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in business/ data / e-commerce or People& Culture.
  • Have good knowledge of SQL; knowledge of GCP ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Are experienced with data management and have knowledge of data visualization principles (incl. Experience with data visualization tools, like Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio).
  • Have experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; are able to work with multiple sources of data.
  • Demonstrate strong execution capability: stand-alone, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders.
  • Have well developed strategic thinking capability: are able to clarify a problem, analyze different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out the recommended solution.
  • Demonstrate high flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment.
  • Communicate fluently in English.
