As a Management Information & Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our business applications landscape, with an initial focus on Mercury XRM, our PowerApps-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution built on MS Dynamics 365. This role demands a deep understanding of data modelling, application integration, and support mechanisms to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. You will leverage Power Automate to streamline CRM workflows and require strong PowerBI skills for data analysis and reporting. Additionally, expertise in JSON and Java is essential for potential integrations and customization tasks along with skills in Python for handling large data sets. This hands-on position requires not only technical acumen but also a strategic vision for data management information reporting within our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support, and our business reporting platform, including DataBlend for integrations an ETL, along with gathering requirements for business reporting across a range of systems.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in PowerBI to support business decisions and insights.
  • Work on integration projects involving Mercury XRM, Sage Intacct, DataBlend, SQL etc, employing JSON, python and Java as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Set the standard on the development of data models and data management strategies.

Must have experience:

  • Proven experience with PowerBI, data modelling, and data reporting strategies
  • Strong programming skills in JSON, Java & Python
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, integrations, and API principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with additional programming languages or integration tools.
  • Certifications around data architecture
  • Power Platform & PowerApps
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a focus on hands on delivery.
