Your day to day will consist of…

• Proactively engage and collaborate with key business partners to understand the unique business problems to be solved, whilst translating those business challenges into analysis plans needed to address areas of business analysis, customer insights and advanced analytics.
• Optimally interpret business trends, customer behaviours and market dynamics through performing data, statistical and commercial analysis, consolidating information and data to present a comprehensive view for current and future business success.
• Influence business partners through effective storytelling and relationship management to ensure data is a key enabler of decisions to help develop recommendations with a clearly articulated, structured argument and recommendation back to the business.
• Contribute to the overall team delivery of business insights complimented with mentoring Data Analysts, in querying customer data, performing analyses, and presenting findings in a concise and understandable language.

What makes you perfect for the role?

• Tertiary qualifications in a quantitative field with relevant and proven exposure to a variety of Marketing, Sales and Commercial functions in a large organisation.
• Demonstrated analytical skills developed from experience in similar roles, underpinned with solid grasp of data warehouse structure and data extraction and advanced SQL coding skills.
• Experience in business partner management and engagement to align across a common set of goals and influence business and work through sophisticated issues to reach a favourable outcome.
• Superb communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience of working in Agile, Hybrid or Cloud environments.
